Very tasty and sometimes unusual ice cream. The staff is friendly. The portions are very large, which makes the PLV really good. Highly Recommended.

My absolute favorite ice cream cone in Dortmund, which I would like to recommend to everyone! In addition to permanent flavors, there is a daily changing range of great ice cream variations. As a big fan of good milk ice cream, I can especially recommend the butter biscuit (there is always) and white chocolate nougat (there is now and then). However, the Eiswerk is not the right address for long (!) Relaxing.

Very delicious ice cream and great unusual varieties such as chocolate pretzel or milk rice cinnamon. The prices are absolutely fair considering that good quality is taken. Some varieties were just a little too hard and not creamy enough. Too bad.

You can eat it. But then you ate very mediocre ice cream. Artificial in color and taste.

Always a delicious gourmet fun! Here I get my favorite ice cream.

Friendly staff. Modern and reasonably comfortable. Unfortunately, only a very small selection of vegan ice cream and that only in the fruit varieties. But that is clearly marked :) Prices are okay :)

Super delicious ice cream without artificial flavors or additives. Top quality! I take off a star because the different ice creams also have different prices. I think that could be calculated differently.

The ice cream tastes very good and is not overly sweet. The price-performance ratio is perfectly fine. The ice creams butter biscuit and rice pudding are amazing. The cappuccino was also well done. The staff are competent and very friendly. The ice cream parlor is small but fine. Highly Recommended!

Disappointing and not friendly

Meh! Ice cream was o-k at best. Nothing special. Staff were somewhat rude at closing time. They were clearly desperate to go home and practically threw us out... It is unlikely that I will return

Very tasty ice cream made with fresh ingredients and served by cool people. The price is also low you get a scoop of ice cream from 1 euro and the quality and size is good. I can only recommend it, the chocolate ice cream was really worth it.
